1. Do not worship any gods but one Creator within out yourself.
   
   
2. Do not worship any images as a representative of the Creator.  The spirit is not limited to a form or shape or explained by the material form.  Material is not able to explain the spirit and bring meaning to it.
   
   
3. Do not mention the name of the Creator without respect and appreciation truly within yourself, as higher than yourself.
   
   
4. Do not work seven days.  The number seven is the holy number.  And you have to keep it as a comfort with your family and friends, and enjoy life.  The seventh day can be any day of the week, according to the work schedule.  For worshipping the Creator should be on Wednesday nights, which is in the middle of the seven days of the week. 
   
   
5. Do not disrespect your parents.  Love them for whatever they are.  Don’t wish they should die so that you will gain their material things.
   
   
6. Do not steal by any form, by any way, from anybody or any place.
   
   
7. Do not swear with the name of the Creator, to make the Creator a shield between you and the other person.  Say the truth, whatever it is.
   
   
8. Do not desire what the Creator has given to others.  Be with the Creator and the Creator will provide for you.  And that is the truth of enjoying life. 
   
   
9. Do not kill any human, by any form, from infant to the oldest as it can be.  If purposely you kill someone, you must eat the flesh of that person for forgiveness, because human kill only for food.  To secure and protect yourself, family, home or nation should not be used intentionally to kill your own kind.
   
   
10. Do not abuse or torture any human, by any form, or weak person, children, women, men, or infant as abortion. 
    
    
11. Do not purposely hurt the body by any form or any meaning, torture or tattooing.  If you want to work with the design of the body you can make the design using henna.
    
12. Do not have sex with the animal, chicken, goat, horse, cow, sheep, fish, dogs, cats and donkey; man with man, woman with woman; father or mother with their children, or brother with sister. If two females are interested in each other, they can be sisters but not with sexual interest and can live together; and if two males are interested in each other, they can be brothers but not with sexual interest and they can live together.  Do not use the butt of the woman for sexual interest.  Sexual activity is only for man and woman, and for creation.
